Ms. Chante Butler is the Director of Integrated Quality Management at Flatiron Health. She has 20+ years of experience in the intersection of technology and life sciences industries. At Flatiron Health, she is responsible for developing and implementing a quality program that aligns with agile software development and is fit for purpose in the technology environment, but still meeting all regulatory requirements. Ms. Butler began her career as a founder of a life sciences service provider company where she implemented business transformation projects for the Pfizer, Abbot, Baxter, J&J to name a few.
With her broad and deep knowledge and “impact to patient” perspective, Chante assists clients globally in developing and executing business and risk strategies that promote innovation and growth, operational efficiency and process excellence, and sustained regulatory compliance, technology enablement including digital technology, cloud computing, and advanced analytics. She has demonstrated her ability to develop high performance teams and establish stakeholder satisfaction while implementing step-change critical capabilities, systems and principles needed to achieve sustainable business results.
Raphael Edwards, CEO Streetgodz LLC., is a Brooklyn, New York Native, whose passion for fitness and basketball has lead him all over the world. After graduating from East Carolina University, he played professionally for over a decade in several American Basketball Association (ABA) teams in the United States, as well as internationally in France, Hong Kong, Venezuela, Portugal, Argentina, Dubai, and Finland.
Raphael has trained a full roster of NBA Talent such as Allen Houston, Ty Lawson, Elton Brand, Jerry Stackhouse, Tina Thompson of the WNBA, and Al Harrington. He is currently training young NBA talent as well for strength, conditioning, agility and explosion, on court basketball skills, and mental toughness. His most recent client is Lakers young future All Star Brandon Ingram.
Additionally, Raphael has held several partnerships with NIKE over the years. As part of the partnership, he was a member of the Taiwan and Japan Freestyle Basketball team where he participated in commercials featuring other athletes and entertainers like Vince Carter, Snoop Dogg, Lebron James and Bernie Mac. He later went on to become the NIKE Director of Basketball Camp Operations where he was responsible for managing 35 camp coaches in 8 cities throughout China for approximately 2000 school age children.
Lari is a social entrepreneur who builds purpose-driven businesses designed for global impact. For the past ten years, Lari has worked in Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia and Angola) as the Executive of Taiwanese, American, Nordic and South African joint venture Feelette Oy, a software project to improve online communications in social media and streming services. And as the co-founder and executive for Oy Tectus Series International Ltd to dozen Nordic and Southern African joint ventures in infrastructure development programs. Lari helped to found both organizations and completed programs in renewable energy power plant licensing, port development logistics and rural electrification to name a few.
Lari is a native of Helsinki and former professional basketball player in Finland. He’s lived most of his adult life in Eastern and Southern Africa traveling over two and half times around the Globe per year for the past 20 years. He’s lived on four continents and currently lives between Helsinki and Cape Town.
Ms. Dia Martin, CFA is a proven leader in impact investing with a focus on emerging markets. She has originated over $500 million in debt transactions in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Ms. Martin is a catalyst for innovation in creating innovative financing programs and structuring investment funds with public and private sector stakeholders.
Currently, Ms. Martin is a Managing Director on the Social Enterprise Finance team at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation where finances companies across multiple emerging markets. Ms. Martin has a passion for meeting the dynamic capital needs of these innovative businesses so they can scale and transform markets.
Ms. Martin is a Kauffman Fellow, Class of 2024. She has a MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received her B.S. in Finance from Hampton University.
